Well, hello there!
Let the mish-mash begin!
1. A couple tasty, easy, and healthy meals.
1 mini can of vegetarian baked beans
2 pieces Ezekial toast
pile o asparagus
1 large cut up cucumber w/vinegar and dill
The whole meal was insanely filling, delicious, and approx. 370 calories
lavash filled with – hummus, asparagus, arugula, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, onion.
side of 2 figs!
Tastier than its simplicity implies!
A giant bowl of roasted brussels sprouts and mushrooms. Super easy, but sooooo good.
Happy birthday to Matt!! Matt turned 50 (fifty is nifty!!) this past Sunday, so we decorated his cube with 50 balloons, 50 candy bars, 50 rolos, and sealed it off with 50 streamers!
Matt is probably the single most awesome dude in the history of the world. So, I hope we made his birthday special!
Trainer Bob gave me a homework assignment of a timed workout that would be pretty easy on my knees and shoulders.
I got everything all set up, and started the timer!
I finished in 13 minutes and 7 seconds, and sweat this much! That’s pretty dang good for just 13 minutes! I definitely seemed to slow down after just a couple ladder runs, so I split it up and did 25 sit ups, 25 ladder, then again. That helped!
I’m definitely gonna try this again and try to get it down to 10 minutes!
If you wanna try it, too, let me know! Beat my time! Since I’m the only one to do it, I am the reigning champion… and its lonely at the top!
Debbie and I went to Mohegan Sun for a joint birthday adventure!
We had an awesome time! We gambled, ate, got our hair done, got our homework done (ok, her homework done), ate some more, chatted, gambled some more and just had a really nice, relaxed, and delicious time! Thanks for being born, Debbie!
#5. Dogs are cute.
Gone for a whole 2 days/1 night… and they didn’t even notice I was gone! Ungrateful beasts!
