First ever! SweatyGirl Workout Video!

I made this mini workout for my friend Melissa! She is getting into working out again after having a beautiful baby boy!  So this is a short cardio workout that you can do in your home with NO equipment at all. Just follow along and sweat with me! :-)

Now, it says so on the video… but please keep in mind that this is my first video, first attempt at a workout video, and I took it all one swoop! The video is 24 minutes long, not the 10 minutes it promises to be :-)
But if you work out along with it, you’ll only be moving for 10 minutes. Apparently, I like to chat!
Next one will be better, I promise! And yes, there are typos… it took me so long to get this thing to upload, by the time I noticed, I just didn’t care anymore :-)

    Did this tonight while Austin sat watching in his Bumbo. It wore me out. The boxing was my favorite, the crunches I could only do the first set, it really hurt my abs. I have to ease myself back into them. I am totally sweating though, omg!

      Sorry about those crunches! I figured they might be pretty tough for you, considering! But at least you can do as few as you like, until you get some strength back!
